She also led the Be The Bridge: Transracial Adoptive Parent Group. Molly is married with two sons who both joined her family through domestic adoption.Â
Molly's professional experience involves working in administrative and HR roles within high-growth organizations. Most recently, Molly worked as HR Manager at Training The Street, a global leader in financial training. Molly is a SHRM-SCP and is excited to bring her corporate experience to a nonprofit she believes so strongly in.
“As an adoptive parent, I see firsthand the need for professional, informed voices offering support and guidance for families. ASA compassionately engages families where they are and is committed to their long-term flourishing. I believe the strength of ASA is rooted in its multi-faceted approach. Through education, support, adoption-competent counseling and community building they surround families with a circle of support that meets their individual needs and encourages them to grow."

Outside of work, you might find Molly cheering on her boys at the ballfield or golf course, trying out a new recipe in her kitchen, or daydreaming about a new beautiful place to explore.Â
