STAR/Mindfulness Parenting Group

Adoption Support Alliance is hosting a group for adoptive parents facilitated by Amanda Zaidman of Constructive Parenting.  The group will be a 6 Week, weekly Class Series. Topics covered include effective discipline, parenting with your values in mind, mindful parenting, connecting before redirecting and understanding what your child is really asking for with his or her behavior.

Parents should plan to commit to all six sessions.  For the group to run, we need at least four individuals fully registered by February 14.  If there is not enough interest, your payment will be refunded in full.
