Connect & Play

After the great success of our Be You. art camp at Foster Village's Connection Cottage, we couldn't wait until next summer to gather the kids again!  We are piloting a monthly Connect & Play group.  Since it's a pilot program and space is limited, we are offering this group first to summer camp participants and current Adoption Support Alliance counseling clients with the hope that with success there will be expansion in the future!

Group will meet monthly on Tuesdays from 4:30 pm to 6 pm on September 26, October 24 & November 28.  We ask that, if you register your child, he or she is able to attend all three groups (barring last-minute illness, of course) to create some consistency with participation and allow each month's content to build on each other to an extend.  The 90 minute sessions will include children's books on adoption issues and/or social-emotional learning, an art project related to the story and free play in the amazing playroom, sensory play studio and outside playgroup within FVC's Connection Cottage. 

The cost for this group will be $125 (for all three sessions) per child.  However, thanks to our generous donors, like all programs at ASA in 2023, this will be a pay what you can group (which is why we'd like you to carefully consider your availability for all three days).  We will limit the group to six children for this pilot session.
