Connect & Be Known (Teen Adoptees)

Adoption Support Alliance is excited to welcome UNCC MSW intern, Annika Urban, to our clinical team.  Annika is excited to facilitate a connection group for adopted high schoolers based on the workbook Beneath the Mask, which "features heartfelt stories written by teen and young adult adoptees who graciously shared their feelings about their own adoption journeys.  [The workbook is] filled with activities and journaling pages" that will be used to help our teen participants work through their own adoption journeys and their feelings about it.  

This group will meet in January, February, and March on the second and fourth Mondays from 7:30pm - 8:30pm.  The dates of this group are January 13th & 27th, February 10th & 24th, and March 10th & 24th.
