About the Event
Adoption Support Alliance is offering an informative course led by co-founder & Executive Director, Erin Nasmyth, LCSW for anyone considering growing their family through adoption. Get help navigating the decisions that the process requires, hear from parents who have recently completed an adoption and meet others who are getting starting.
Topics covered include the logistics of the domestic & international adoption process (including the home study process, post-placement requirements and the laws governing the processes) as well as things to consider when starting your adoption journey (grief & trauma, race & culture and birth family relationships).
Please complete the registration form below. Class will be held on Saturday, September 18th from 9 am to noon. We are fortunately back to offering this group in person. The location will be determined closer to the start date of the class when we have an idea of the number of registrants.
