About the Event
Adoption Support Alliance is offering an informative course led by Associate Director and adoptive parent, Molly Mayhoff, for anyone considering growing their family through adoption. Get help navigating the decisions that the process requires, hear from parents who have recently completed an adoption and meet others who are getting started.
Topics covered include the logistics of the domestic & international adoption process (including the home study process, post-placement requirements and the laws governing the processes) as well as things to consider when starting your adoption journey (grief & trauma, race & culture and birth family relationships).
