Board Member

Amanda is excited to join the Board of Adoption Support Alliance because of her deep personal connection to adoption. Being adopted herself, she has a strong passion for helping others who are going through similar experiences. Inspired by her father’s ongoing dedication to fostering and adopting children, Amanda has witnessed firsthand the positive impact that adoption can have on families and individuals.

Amanda has an extensive background in multiple disciplines including Human Resources, Information Technology, and Education, with direct experience in strategy & execution, program, project, & change management, employee experience and engagement, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, coaching, and learning/facilitation. She is currently the Head of Associate Experience at TIAA.

Amanda graduated from Appalachian State University and has been married to her husband, Jeff, for 27 years. Together they have two children, Max and Gabby.
