Fall Photo Fundraiser
Saturday, October 10 from 10 am to 2 pm
is ASA's 5th Annual Fall Photo Fundraiser.
These sessions are perfect for family holiday cards, gifts for family, engagement or
maternity shoots or updating your professional headshot.
All proceeds from your $175 ticket will help Adoption Support Alliance's mission.
Tickets are not yet "officially" on sale, as we are working to recruit photographers.

Our Event Location
We cannot wait to introduce you to the beautiful grounds of the Alexander Homestead. This popular wedding venue is a hidden gem in Charlotte! Haven't planned a wedding recently? We haven't either! What a fun opportunity to gain exclusive access to this beautiful historic property. We are confident this space will be inspiring to our photographers. Plus, there is plenty of room for social distancing, a great location to gather (if it's safe to do so) and easy parking. We have high confidence in their knowledgeable and friendly staff to help us put on a safe, fun and relaxed event for our participants.

2018 & 2019 Event Images
Our 2018 & 2019 events were held at the Duke Mansion. This year, we're excited to switch up the backgrounds at our new location. We're always grateful to partner with highly skilled photographers. Check out some of their work below, we know you'll be impressed.
Ugh! We know that COVID-19 has thrown a wrench into everyone's plans this year. It comes to no surprise to you, I'm sure, that it has affected our planning for this event too!
We are making accommodations to the event structure to ensure the safety
of event attendees and volunteers to the best of our ability. Plans for the event will be based on the current recommendations by the CDC as well as state mandates and final determinations will be made closer to the event. We will work closely with the event staff at Alexander Homestead as they are extremely well-versed in how to do large events safely. For example, we are considering a requirement for masks (except for in pictures, unless that's the look you are going for), not serving food or drink and/or escorting families directly to their scheduled photo shoot for pictures and then back to the car to limit interactions. If we cannot feel comfortable holding an event safely (or, of course, if the event is not allowed), we will reschedule the event for a later date when it is safe to do so. Trust that throughout the process your safety is of our utmost concern!
We will communicate all our final planning in advance of the event and will be issuing full refunds if anyone gets sick or no longer feels safe attending based on our changes.
All photographers and event participants will be encouraged not to attend the event if they
are symptomatic or have been exposed to anyone within two weeks of the event who is positive
for Covid-19. As such, we will ask that all participants be prepared to be flexible in terms of the schedule and photographer preferences. Again, if changes occur due to coronavirus that are outside of our control and you no longer want to participate in the event, we will refund your payment in full.
